Choice Theory Psychology - Reality Therapy - Quality Schools. The William Glasser Institute Ireland is a non-profit making body established in 1987 to help plan and co-ordinate courses in Reality Therapy, Choice Theory psychology, Quality School Education, Lead Management and Personal Well-being. It explains what the discipline of psychology is, how it developed and how it can contribute to the understanding of human behaviour and experience. This book introduces students to the five major conceptual frameworks or "approaches" to psychology: biological, behaviourist, cognitive, psychodynamic and humanistic.
